DOES PRETTY LOVELY ORGANICS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?

Pretty Lovely Organics does not offer International Delivery at this time. For US  & CANADA, Our packages deliver within 2 – 10 business days. (Pandemic)

WHEN WILL MY FAVORITE PRODUCTS BE RESTOCKED ?

Good news! We get new items daily and often restock our most popular items. Simply visit the product page of your favorite items, and click the “EMAIL WHEN AVAILABLE” button directly under the sold out button. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away via email!

HOW DOES MY ORDER QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING ?

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders $99+.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER ?

Your order number can be found in the initial order confirmation delivered to the preferred method of communication chosen during checkout. If you have not received your confirmation the email on file might be spelled incorrectly. To check your orders, log into your PLOCREW account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history. If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our team by emailing order at clientservices@prettylovelyorganics.com

 

 I'VE JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT ?

We prepare your order for shipment very shortly after your order is placed. This quick turnaround time does not allow for any changes to your order. We apologize for any inconvenience!
