SELF-CARE IS THE BEST CARE BABY

Confidence is the new You!

Our hair follicle is the result of the cells in our body called dermis fibroblasts, specifically the dermal papilla cells.

-Our hair requires certain nutrients to grow long and strong, beginning with a healthy follicle.  Eating adequate protein is important for hair growth because hair follicles are made mostly of protein. A lack of protein in the diet has been shown to cause hair loss.

Don't forget the vitamins.

-It is important to get enough vitamins A, C, D and E to maintain a healthy hair follicle and scalp. Other vitamins like biotin, vitamins B5, B6 and B12 help prevent hair loss and benefit your hair growth.

A healthy diet can improve your tresses along with exercise & proper maintenance. Exercise helps you to burn off stress hormones, which negatively impact your hair.

-It also helps to encourage your body to secrete healthy, happy hormones. You will remove toxins from your blood stream through the exercise process as well. And, of course, exercise helps to promote blood flow to the body.

Taking the time out to detangle, 'wash n go’ or style your tress will help to preserve the hair strands.

-Moisturizing will help aid in the prevention of hair breakage. Although other factors play a major in role, in hair loss, being proactive in the overall wellness of your body will help limit unnecessary hair issues.

It is a process and it begins as soon as you are able to educate yourself on what your body needs.

-We aim to give you the right ingredients to help you obtain your healthy hair goals! Whether the goal is long or short, strong and natural, it all starts with buying the right products.
