DIRECTIONS: For best results, use with PLO Revitializing Hair Milk Shampoo. Apply to damp hair, gently seperate the hair and massage into hair strands. Wait 10 minutes then thoroughly rise with water. Follow up with PLO | Moisturizing Hair Custard as desired.
