EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds.
Orders that are returned to the Pretty Lovely Organics warehouse; due to your package being deemed undeliverable by the carrier used to ship your package, will be issued store credit. The store credit will be delivered via email for the retail cost of the products purchased and will not include the cost of shipping. We will not issue a refund or re-ship packages that return to the Pretty Lovely Organics warehouse.

LOST OR STOLEN
Pretty Lovely Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship your package, however once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen. It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Pretty Lovely Organics is not responsible for undelivered packages due to misinformation of shipping addresses submitted by the customer during the checkout process.
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible!
If an order is in processing, it has already been sent to the shipping department and we will be unable to modify it. We cannot cancel any orders.
